Terms and conditions

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
   By registering with Gizbo Casino, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") when playing at Gizbo Casino. Please read the Agreement carefully before using our services.

2. DEFINITIONS
   In this Agreement:

• "Gizbo" means Gizbo Casino;
• "we"/"us"/"our" refers to Gizbo Casino, which is operated by Galaktika N.V.;
• "you"/"your" refers to the user account holder or player;
• "User Account" means any registered account used for accessing and playing on the website.

3. ELIGIBILITY TO PLAY
   You must be at least 18 years old (or such higher age limit as required by applicable law) to play with us.

4. CHANGING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
   We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change or modify any part of these Terms and Conditions without notice to you.

5. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
   When creating a User Account, you must provide accurate information about yourself, including your name, address, and date of birth.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY
   You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials (passwords, login details, etc.). We will not be liable to any party in connection with unauthorized access or use of your account if such access is due to a failure by you to maintain the confidentiality and security of your account.

7. GAME PLAYING AND GAIN
   Any stakes placed on Games are made available immediately for participation in Game Play; we shall settle winnings (if applicable) when you close an account, exit from it temporarily, or any time upon withdrawal of funds without having participated in a game session with which that stake is linked or associated.

8. COMPLIANCE WITH LAW AND RULES
   You acknowledge and agree to be subject to all laws and regulations related to gaming activities worldwide where we operate, as well as local jurisdictions within such territories, including taxes due upon winnings.

9. RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING PRACTICES
   We have in place various Responsible Gambling tools (including deposit limits), which are intended for your benefit. However, you acknowledge that excessive use of these features will not be held against us and can lead to account closure in accordance with section 10 below.

10. WITHDRAWALS AND ACCOUNT CLOSURE
    You may request withdrawal at any time but please note we reserve the right to limit withdrawals made by individual players over specific periods of time; you acknowledge your accounts are personal, non-transferable and shall be kept confidentially.

11. GOVERNING LAW
    These Terms & Conditions will be governed and construed in accordance with Curacao Laws and our rights under these Terms & Conditions (as well as any other terms or conditions applicable to the Gizbo Casino operation) will be deemed exclusive for settlement by a court of competent jurisdiction situated within the Dutch Islands.

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
    Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall first be tried amicably with us then through formal negotiation between parties prior before involving a third party mediator or other dispute resolution forum in accordance to our business best interests guidelines.

13. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
    Gizbo Casino casino reserves the right at all times, without notice, but not obligation to revise or update any provision of these Terms & Conditions which includes its policies as and when necessary whether through official communication channels such amendments must comply with relevant laws of operation jurisdiction within our licensing.

By participating in an activity at Gizbo Casino that involves creating a User Account you agree with the above terms.
